I saw this movie in 1998 with friends. I think it was in HBO. I can vividly remember that I cried a lot during and after the movie. It's been the talk of the mob among our friends for quite sometime.
The book was on special today at KMart and so even if I don't really buy books if I can borrow them from the library, I grabbed it. It brought back memories. And this is quite special as I don't normally read the book if I have seen it and vice versa. This will be the first (a Self-inking Stamps special kind of way). I haven't leafed a page yet as I plan it to be read when I'm more relaxed.
